I don't know too much instances where I hate myself, but there are times where I have anxiety issues and I can easily talk bad on myself to where it's just not even healthy. And I think this is natural for everybody. To some extent, self esteem is something that is so hard to consistently have in this day and age, especially with the Panda mimics
