I think while working in corporate world juniors should sometimes speak in loud voice with the senior when the senior teases you, make jokes on of you, make jokes on you like that something every week you should give one dose to the senior you speak loudly, tell some things loudly to the senior so that they will get to know about how you react, how you think and what words you get hurted, what works, what words, what senses you don't like to hear from the pre news like that but another said I was thinking that if you do the same thing in front of others juniors and seniors I think it might break it might destroy the relationship between the juniors and the senior I want to know if they are making one of you, making jokes on you and they are laughing if you're a junior and seniors are doing this thing which I have told now so just hear it, see how they are telling, why they are telling don't respond, just laugh on yourself and just laugh on yourself then record all the things whatever the people, whatever your colleagues have told you they call documented and daily improve yourself by physical and mentality and physically both policy
