Because your work colleague today might be your best friend, but in a month's time you have a falling out with them or they go to another organization and you lose contact and you've poured out your heart with all your information and things that you wouldn't want repeated. But a year down the track, they repeat something that you wouldn't want repeated. So if it was me, I wouldn't be sharing too much information with people that I work with
