So you know, there's a lot of talk about travel, but sometimes the travel industry can't afford its own people. Clearly, JetBlue is having a problem affording staff because they told me when I first called that I have a 142 minutes wait. So I called and I thought to myself, I will wait. I took my phone actually use Skype. So I took my computer with Skype on it and 1 hour went by. Then 2 hours went by

So Deborah, you have to do a followup story and tell us what happened because I can't believe you're on hold for 3 hours that is insane what happened? Give us a resolution solution

You won't believe this. But after 3 hours and something minutes, I got disconnected and I went to my account to see if she, in fact, had the success of connecting my travel fund to my frequent flyer. And it did not work. So I'm going to tweet JetBlue with this image and the story and see if they get to me faster. I think I'll do that on Monday because that's the way to go here or else I'll just have to storm their offices

Wow, Frankie, that's amazing. That's a it's got to be one of the records out there 3 hours plus, and a disconnect reminds me of an IRS call. Usually those numbers are in the hours. So. But a jet blue. Very disappointing. And you seem to have a lot of patience. I don't think I could have that patience

I think Twitter is a very public place to have a conversation with brands, and they tend to have people on that pretty quickly. There was a note in their direct messaging saying that we are overwhelmed. Can you please go online? And I expressed a deep concern that I've been in this carousel for a long time, and please don't put me back online because it won't work because you have something wrong with your online program. So then they got back to me, and it worked out

That is insane. But yes, we would love to know what happened, and hopefully they got you off hold soon after that. I've also been in the past couple of days put on hold a few times, and I honestly think it's the most annoying thing ever. My doctor's office has this thing that you like, can just request a call back

But I had one with Delta where they called me back in 3 hours, and that's never happened ever before. So we are in unprecedented times and travel. So be patient there. The article itself talks about the JetBlue pilots calling in and saying they were too tired to work. I don't believe that. I think it's been misconstrued because this has happened to me countless times where pilots just time out. They can only be in the cockpit for so many hours in a day
