"F*** you pay me!" Not my style but I get it!

Here's a quote. Your bank would never accept exposure as payment. Neither should you. I'm reading this quote off of Fuckupayme VIP, which is a website site that is talking about a new app called FYPM. It's basically by influencers and for influencers. And it helps people who are in that space figure out what brands are paying, who and for what amount. Because there's a lot of disparity that is making people feel really uncomfortable

I find this really interesting. I'd be curious if they have information about trades, people getting products or services in exchange for having their information put on their Instagram pages or whatever kind of inkind exchanges. I'm going to look at what you talked about and see if there's any information about C, something like that

Because as I said in that initial quote that I read from their website, your landlord doesn't care that you got a bunch of shampoo. You need the cash to pay for your rent. So the shampoo really matter if you're trying to pay rent. Very interesting ecosystem that they're playing in and look forward to learning more about it. And thanks for your observation

Okay. So I clicked on this particular Swell cast because I love Beyonce, and this is a line in one of her songs, but I actually think it's a really important around equity, around leveling the playing field. This is the kind of work that used to go on behind closed doors. And I do think that the more information that's out there, the better it will help, particularly women who tend to not ask for what they deserve to be paid. So I'm excited about this
