BANNING ABORTION WHEN THE SPERM MEETS THE EGG! Oh! Oklahoma…

article image placeholderOklahoma lawmakers pass bill banning abortions after ‘fertilization’ — The Washington Post
So basically, they're saying that now, except for these instances, a woman cannot have an abortion right after her fertilization, like the second they have sex. Boom. No abortion ever. But you can't take the plantbased pill because that's okay. I don't understand this. Let's talk about this now. Officially, Oklahoma is the most pro life state in the country, for sure. People have to go to Texas, which is still you can't do anything after six weeks

A child has been created from when the sperm meets the egg. That is a life right there. And for this thing to just go all kinds of ways and go out of hand or whatever, it's really disturbing to see a lot of protests and how negatively they influence people. I don't know. I really don't really like getting into politics, anything of that matter, but I just feel like I need to say my opinion about it because that's just me

They're not able to give the PAP smears, the cervical cancer screenings, the breast cancer screenings, all the things that they do Besides abortions are no longer active and able to be given to the populations who need them desperately. And people don't talk about that. A lot of damage will be done, and a lot of people will be crossing into other States and using money that they don't have and being harmed in ways that we can't imagine

So by me being who I was when I was younger and getting those abortions, it caused my body to not hold the precious life that it had when it was time for me. That's why women need to understand when they do come to a point when you do want to be able, because all women come to a point in their life and they say, I want to be a mom, but you don't got an abortion

Makes me really wonder about miscarriages too. Banning abortion doesn't solve the issue that abortion is a widely used health care and is needed and there are not resources out there to help people in crisis. Pregnancies. I think I read Oklahoma is rated number 47 and being family friendly place. Also, not all religions feel the same about abortion and frankly, I'm personally sick of Christianity being forced on me with laws that affect the future of my health and my kids

But it makes me think when we speak of consequences, the consequences of forcing someone to have a child, particularly in a country like America where there's lots of death around children, there's also a terrible health care system. So these children or parents that are being forced to bring children into the world aren't supported. I think it would be a different conversation or a different situation if America did have strong health care and was making new babies a priority

And to be honest with you, I'm not really upset about the fact that Oklahoma did that because I really feel like a lot of people nowadays are using abortion like it's going to the Kingshot. And from looking at the stats, majority of people who are getting abortions are people who are willingly laying down with their partner, even if it's a one night stand partner, even if it's a friend with benefits partner, even if it's a marriage or boyfriend and boyfriend or girl
