And so a lot of our education today, the standardized exams and all the different structures of testing, an A-B-C-D. That literally sucks. Our ability to appreciate and acknowledge that the beauty of failure and to lean into as children

A few thoughts on how to view, approach and process failure. Thank you @DBP

I must also admit that all these things are very easy to say because of the human gift of retrospect. When we experience failure, it's hard, it's difficult, it's painful. And what I wish is that as we explore these perspectives and practice these ideas and actually become more pay more attention to our strengths and become more brave around our vulnerability that we are able to deal with failure with grief and courage

@Satyashiv_D

I think that's what really blows my mind is that people have to brush off the dirt and get up, and sometimes it takes longer than that, and it takes more time and days off and to be in the muck of the sad and the disappointment and the and the for lawnness and, you know, where can that live? And what do you think about that from an institutional point of view in terms of that as a teachable moment
