FORGIVE YO SELF - Homage to Yom Kippur

article image placeholderWoops!
I want to talk about the whoops factor in life. You know, the thing that kind of happens when you something messes up and you go, whoops and I'm talking about this on the Eve of a Jewish holiday called Yom Kippur, which is a holiday that everybody who's Jewish tends to think about, even if they are so unreligious, they go, I think I might fast on this one day because it's a day of atonement

The elastic universe will bounce you back!

So I think saying, Oops, I'll try better next time is not better than getting married yourself. And I love love, love this mindset. And I love the energy you're bringing to swell. So thank you for that

They do so much service, and they inspire all of us to kind of know that there are things we can do, things we can make an impact on individuals we can reach out to. And, of course, taking care of ourselves is first and foremost, even before you're able to help others. But it's a great reminder when things are put in the context of sort of a Holy day, you take refuge in the solemnness of the day, and it tends to lift you a bit
