Hey there. You're not alone. I had a heck of a week, and I'm not the type of person to get stressed out the way people usually get stressed out because I'm always managing things in my mind and things in everybody else's mind. And pretty much I try to maintain a focus, a certain level of focus with myself, but that doesn't mean that I don't drop a lot of s***. I mean, stuff

Oh, that felt so good. I feel so grateful when you weren't projecting. You were sort of offering, I don't know, a permission slip. Maybe to just feel connected, connected to others who feel this way and have a relationship to themselves that's more nurturing than judging. And I just love the way you just frame this.
