And I guess the question I have for everybody who has ever been on the phone with somebody who's helping them out is imagine being in that chair, imagine being the person that wants to help you but is restricted by the system that they're in

Hey, Denise, it's so interesting that you you just tapped into this conversation, which I think I posted about a year ago. And just yesterday I was in two conversations about customer service, and I had forgotten that I posted this. And you just revitalize utilize it for me. And that's just the coolest thing in the world

Wow. Thank you so much for sharing that. I so relate. And you're right. You're right. It's like the breasts 10 seconds. I'm so grateful you shared that, because there's someone listening who's totally. I had that same experience. You know that we're all just trying our best. I have have such compassion for every member of that dynamic that you described
