I feel so disconnected to my old friend, my old friend, the guitar. I've gone through so many incarnations of calling myself a musician, and I've been thinking lately it just takes one moment of picking her up and put her on on my body to connect. But I feel so disconnected and it really reminds me of just how much time can be a thief or the way we treat time and opportunity and space. And it could be a thief of the things that make you most happy

That was so amazing. I love the guitar. Speaks to my heart. String instruments in general. But I love love, love the guitar. And I love this idea of time sometimes being a thief. And I never thought about it that way. But it is like time can give you so much. But also time can take away. And isn't it great to just know that your old friend is still there? This is beautiful. Wow. That was so beautiful. It made me smile listening to that piece. But thank you for reminding us to reconnecting with our old friends. I feel like time, as you said, is a thief sometimes and makes you forget about the things that that once made you so happy. So I think I'm going to go pick up my old guitar. I haven't picked her up in so long, I think ever since 6th grade

This is so true. Reconnecting with your guitar. I really feel I know what you feel like because I do have I play the guitar too. And just just after, like a few months when I sat and played with it was just so many memories and so many feelings. Songs. They all just bubbled up to the surface. I know what you mean
