Hey, David, I love comic books. I have probably a couple of thousand myself. I kind of went a little bit crazy in College and, you know, comic books Wednesdays, I would always go to my local shop and pick up pretty loyal to Marvel. I do have some DC titles, but I just much prefer Marvel in general, and that's not necessarily a criticism of DC

Hey, what's going on? I appreciate the response I have. I'm new to the swell community, but I'm not new to audio, social audio as far as you know, but I do enjoy the background. You seem like you really enjoy comics. I love comics, too. I remember when I was like, I'm 39

I don't want to spoil it for people that haven't read it, but I kind of would have liked to see them go that route a little bit more in the movie and other kind of shied away from it, which I can understand in terms of can't make everybody happy. And not everybody watching the movie knows everything about the comics

And there were other books in India that were like Indian comics. So I don't remember reading any of the Marvel DC. I don't think it was available because I remember watching Spiderman cartoons, so I don't see myself as being opposed to have read those if they were available. So I don't know. But yeah, it was Archie's and Richie Rich. So there you have it. Bye

And Mark Wade, who is a very famous writer for mostly Marvel Comics. He did Daredevil and Hulk comics. I think those are the ones that he's probably most well known for. He was doing a signing out near where I live, and I had a few of his marble issues, but I also wanted to pick up what it was called was the death of Arching. I know that's a little bit more of it and horrible, but that was the issue

But I have seen some crossovers where the I don't know what it is. I think maybe it's DC. The Archie is. I could be wrong. I think Marvel has got ScoobyDoo, but yeah, that's what's up. That's awesome. Thank you

Don’t think it’s Marvel or DC

And it says that Archie Digest Library Artist of the Month, Jean Colin. And I'm looking at the back. And there's nothing there as to who's are you going to look at it? Okay. So don't know the publisher, but I don't think it's Marvel or DC

The issue that I was referring to written by Mark Wade, which is actually illustrated by Fiona Staples, who also does Saga. But that's a different story that is still published under Archie Comics. I don't know know if Marvel has ever published an Archie comic. I do know that there was a crossover. The crossover was I think Archie meets the Punisher or The Punisher meets Archie. It's one of the two

We made Ganish like Bob Marley, which is like, awesome. But yeah, I love comic books. That's what inspired me to write my own and to team up with somebody who is in the comic books industry doing Marvel comics and everything just to see that it has been such a journey. It's so awesome. I don't know what will happen with it, but just the experience of writing your own comic is so exciting

And I see that there's a lot of beauty as far as imagination properties and the Indian culture. And I'm looking forward to it. I'm looking forward to the comics that come from other want to make comics. And just the way that thoughts, I don't know. Just ideas get portrayed and pushed through comics. I'm digging it, and I'm looking forward to it. I appreciate the comment. I hope you're all doing good. All right. Thanks

Ultimate X-Men, Spider-Man, and the work of Matt Kindt.

I wrote a series that I still have on a hard drive somewhere and never got to see that come to life. But I was into writing episodes for a while or writing issues of a comic book. And we're talking early 2000s. We were probably done by 2010 and he actually went on. And now he's an editor in chief of an actual comic label, and he gets to see his dreams come to reality. And I'm so happy for him. And that's awesome

I was into Indy titles back in the 90s

And with the other one, we used to be a lot. Sergeant Fury, Helen Commandos, World War II comics. That would have been Marvel, right? Dc had a Sergeant Rock. That was the other word thing. But in the night, yeah, I was reading. I remember the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when that was self published. Bob Burton was producing Flaming Carrot. He created Mystery Man, if you remember that movie. But these were totally obscure black and white comics

I love comics!

Yeah, I'm just getting into Marvel now, but like I said, DC the Flash and Superman, that's my happy place. That's where I am. And I always will be first and foremost DC. That's just a little bit about my foray into comics. And as I grow and my knowledge develops, my world will deepen and get bigger. But I love comics. I love comics, love comics, love comics
