Like as per the name Atomic Habits, the book tells you about how small, continuous improvements can actually lead to a better life. Or to quote the author, just 1% improvement on something per day can actually add up to an overall 37% improvement in a year. Like it talks about everything around habit building, everything like how to build habits, how to stick to them all information is backed by research by science. It's definitely worth the read
