I wake up this morning to find that not state submit has decided to put Maya Angelo on United States quarter. And I'm wondering why and what this is supposed to signal, because what I will say is this black people have not asked to be put on money. Number one, number two. Having a black person face on money does not justice produce it's not a replacement for justice. No. Depending upon who you ask

And Maya Angelou might have heard whispers of this while she was alive. That's one of the questions I have, but really, it's so tone deaf. It is so tone deaf. Thank you for bringing this here. And I'm going to go look now and see what the buzz is and see who's talking about this. But thank you

That is meant to, I guess, inspire, but it just feels forced and very awkward. And you already listed a number of the reasons why this sort of thing doesn't make a whole lot of sense when you sort of situate it in a historical context, which really everybody should be doing for anything they think about. But that's a different story

Hey, everybody. I really like that we're getting a conversation going about this because I haven't been able to really process this news with anybody. And I don't really feel like anybody's giving me any attention because of the fact that it's so backhanded in a way. But I really appreciate the comments everybody has shared, and I don't really have any positive feelings about this moment or this kind of statement that the government is trying to make
