And the difference that I saw last night was that that anger was sadness. There was a lot of people talking about how much they were crying. Don Lemon interviewed a gentleman from the Memphis city council who started off the interview and had to turn his head away as soon as he started talking. And he started breaking down crying during the interview, barely able to finish the interview, barely composing himself, but just flowing with tears
Quite honestly, I think there is I don't know how else to say this, but there is a sole level evil in this country that continues to allow black men to be killed by policemen and also continues to allow the mass shootings that happen daily in this country. Obviously, this is a political issue because it is going to take political will and political fortitude to change the laws and to change the practices of policing in this country
