Groundhog's Day: Government Shutdowns loom for the 4th time in six months
Stop me if you've heard this before, but a government shutdown looms unless Congress can get its act together by Friday. And if they are able to get their act together, there's another deadline that looms next Friday. So we are at this road once again. Now, this is the fourth time in six months that this has happened, and it's not the first time we have faced multiple government shutdowns unless Congress was able to get its act together
