What is the reviews of this? What are the pluses, the minuses I also see listed in this report the Atkins and the Keto diet. Those were hugely popular and they're not as highly rated. So I'm wondering if you've been on either one of those. What are your reviews of those Keto and Atkins diet or whatever diet that is listed here? Have you done that? What are reviews? Let's talk diets. What are the best ones out there?

A lot of times people don't realize this, but when I was obese, my diet I certainly ate fish and poultry and beans and stuff like that, but my diet was almost primarily processed foods and red meat and dairy and of course, wheat, like things like bread. When you're obese, you also tend to overeat. It's not just about what you eat, it's about how much you eat

She's going to make a decision between bags of of potatoes versus more complicated, complex carbohydrates like sweet potatoes versus regular potatoes versus getting in some other root vegetables that have more minerals. So there's all these complicated things that I have such compassion for people that are battling, and I have such respect for people like you, Taylor, who came over the mountain and could talk about it now. But it makes so much sense to me. To answer your question, Phil

Meat, high protein, high veggie content, things like that. It shares a lot of principles with the keto diet. In fact, even though the keto diet is essentially serving the body of needed cargo hypothesis, it's a great emergency diet, essentially, but it did not have it. But I think you get what I'm saying, where the principles of balance with a priority on protein

So there's a really great app that if anybody would like to begin tracking their diet, it's called Chronometer. And you can actually begin plugging in just the foods that you eat daily so that you can begin getting a sense of any imbalances between your macro and micronutrients. So I think that's eating whole food, nutrient dense foods needs to be the priority for all of us as human beings, because so much of human biochemistry is utterly dependent on the foods that we put in our mouth
