Why is it so hard to prove we are not robots? Captcha is becoming annoying

And you respond, I'm not a robot, and don't call me Shirley. That could be the answer. I don't think a robot or a computer would logically associate that with a movie quote. I don't know what the solution is. But I do recognize that Captcha is becoming much more prevalent across sites and getting more obtrusive. I'm doing it multiple times and it's getting more complicated

So it makes me think even more of the fact that is it another type of reprogramming which is actually making us robotic and just responding to the answer. So go figure. Interesting. And I thank you for that post. Thank you
