Hey, everybody, this is Taylor with the Daily Swell. Hope you're having a great Friday. Okay, NFL fans. I want to talk about this stat that I recently came across. It had me doing a double take. If I'm being completely honest, so as it's as it stands right now, right now, as of this moment, Saints quarterback Drew Breeze currently has a 74% completion rate. As things stand, this puts him third of all time behind the 2018 season

You can argue back and forth about who's the best quarterback. But there's no doubt about the fact that my beloved Chicago Bears over the last 50 years have a knack for picking the most mediocre to bad quarterback. That's got to to be some sort of record
Hey Orsh Hey, Howie. So first, Arish, I think that you're spot on I think I'd actually agree with you 100% on what you said. And then Howie, my brother's actually a Chicago Bears fan. And I think think that he would agree with you wholeheartedly. I had a conversation with him last week about just general League quarterback this season. And let's just say his response was are rated at the very least

But when I start thinking about quarterbacks that I didn't think could be stopped, I think of John Elway and Dan Carina and Joe Montana. I mean, these guys could not be stopped. And I even put Brett Farve just got extremely inventive. Just when you think you had him stopped, he'd go against his body. He would just flick something out of the bottom of his hand. He would just be so tough. You just couldn't beat him. And I would put him up there

Howie, I responded before I even heard your response there. And I have to tell you, I was in Louisville one time and talking with Frank Minifield. Frank Minifield was a defense back. He played at the University of Louisville, and then he played for the Cleveland Browns. And somebody was comparing Larry Fitzgerald Jr. The wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals, that's still playing and was comparing him to Jerry Rice and saying that his numbers were actually greater than Jerry Rice's

Hey, Phil, you certainly have. All right, the rules have changed, and they've made it a total offensive game. I grew up in an era where I was lucky enough to see the guys like Johnny Unex and Ya Tittle play. They might not have had all the skill sets of today's quarterbacks. They might not have been able to throw the ball as far. But, boy, were they tough

By the way, you may want to add Steve Young to the list. He certainly had the heart and the desire to win

Hey, Phil, speaking about quarterbacks and football. Not a bad time to be a Hoosier fan. Congrats

Aaron Rogers. Yes. Aaron Rogers is by far and away, the best quarterback in the NFL. We have seen it this year. Look at the first round picks. The second round picks that this organization has had for Aaron Rogers, as at the wide receiver position, nobody, nobody. And after a couple of years in which the doubters, yes, the doubters were born when it came to where Aaron Rogers stands, just Aaron Rogers stands in the NFL

When we were over there, we had a friend over there who were really close with who goes to who goes to the same high school that Drew Breeze and Nick Folds went to and Justin Tucker as well. West Lake High School in Austin, Texas. And their football team is so amazingly good. And I think it was mostly Texas fact that Drew Breeze lent them to two state Championships as well
