Hard Conversations
I want to make money. I want my person to show me they have shine. I want them to make money. And then I want to advocate for them to get more money if they deserve it. But if you don't deserve it, I'm not going to advocate. Right? Instead I have to have a hard conversation. I had to go ahead and hire two people who are willing to allow me to lead them because I was the person to hire them. Mindset is everything, folks
Hey, such great information on, you know, how to handle those challenging situations in life because they're so inevitable, right? And you touched on that. Between relationships to employment positions and all these trials of life, I feel like there are ample opportunities to test the crap out of us. And I'm sure we've all been on both sides of it, right?

Anyone who keeps erupting are having, like, adversive contacts with you concerning, like, being honest in the situation, because you might even share someone's entire quality of life with them. You might be raising a kid with them, and the state of affairs around your household is being affected, and you have to change your approach

And I also asked her if she trusted my leadership. These are all important things. If you have somebody that's just kind of like bucking the system, a kid, even in your home, in your business, it doesn't matter if you have somebody bucking the system. Have a conversation, sit them down, ask them questions, find out where their baseline is, where's their thought process coming from. Because we're all different. We're all individuals
