Step out of autopilot with contemplation

The goal of focusing our attention is to become aware of what is happening within our bodies and step out of monkey mind and you can do it right now. Just allow the awareness that is in you to expand out to your whole body. So breathe in and expand your awareness to your entire body. Notice no more autopilot. Notice and experience the sensations in your body. Tightness, aches, tension and then expand that awareness from your body into the environment that surrounds you. Just look around and listen
