So the knowledge which has gone into the compilation of this book has been one very important book written by Stephen Kavin, the seven habits of highly effective people, which I have read several times and I have tried to imbibe the teachings in that book as also the learnings I gained through working in the services selection board, as an assessor, as an interviewing officer, and working for two years with my very knowledgeable colleagues in 17 SSB Bangalore
