A Victim mentality robs you of your power

article image placeholderUploaded by @Coach-Joy
And when we don't value or love ourselves in a healthy way, how he does, we can easily become manipulated, controlled and dominated by another person. Your life is precious in the sight of God and you are created in his image. So loving our spouse does not mean we enable and tolerate toxic and abusive behaviors. When we tolerate abusive behaviors and don't learn the skills of setting healthy boundaries for our lives, we aren't doing anyone a favor

I love what you said. A victim mentality robs you of your power. Women, you can love a man. You can love a man, but you can take care of yourself. You can stand as tall as he does and still love him and still support him. My grandmother and my grandfather were together 60 years because she stood her ground. She stood in her power. She would say to us, your grandfather, you have to go ask him. But she had her own power
