Work Grind and anxiety

article image placeholderUploaded by @CNAcandice83
All right, y'all, it is 626. I am supposed to be clocking in for my shift in about four minutes and my anxiety is sky high. I don't know. I wish I knew what triggered it. I wish I understood why it is what it is. I wish that I had more faith in God to not feel like this. But I'm dreading the next 12 hours

But again, I don't want to go on here and recommend drugs. It's if a doctor thinks that might be good for you, if you see a doctor for depression and for anxiety, if you have a psychiatrist for anxiety, ask them about it. I would say if you're really struggling with much with anxiety, definitely make sure you have a psychiatrist. And I resonated with what you said or what you said resonated with me about wishing you had more faith in God

@ZLisbon

I started off this year realizing that I need to make a change. And basically what it boils down to is that I'm dealing with a lot of unresolved trauma from childhood. And I think that's caused a lot of my anxiety. The feeling of being inadequate, never good enough, always on edge. I don't know. It's been two years since I've talked to my family, my parents specifically. I grew up in the faith. I grew up in a conservative Christian home

Hey, I totally understand. I think we all have anxiety, and it's gotten even worse, obviously, since COVID, but especially who to work because you just never know what work is going to bring you. Something that's kind of unpredictable your boss or your coworkers have an effect on you, your customers, if you work in that type of space
