Not by overeating it, not by undereating it. And this will only come with practice. If you are the one who overeats, then you have to remind yourself by eating that this is how much my body needs. This is the kind of nutrition my body needs. Anything over, that is me eating my emotions. So I have to stop. And this will come with practice

Hey, gentle. So love this. Well, and I actually have this anxiety. Like, I have travel anxiety, and I am not able to eat anything before going on a train or anything I travel with. And that is actually affecting like, I'm actually affecting my boys. My parents are up to me, like, eat something or you want to feel hungry after. But I don't eat anything. And listening as well, I feel like I am the one who is affecting myself

Like, have you discovered this on your own? Or is it more medical? Have you figured out? Or you just think you have the travel anxiety so because you are thinking that it is affecting you in that way. So give me more information on your travel anxiety. And when it comes to you eating emotionally, learn to channelize better, maybe join a dance class, join an exercise routine, read books, go out, take a nice long walk

Absolutely truthful words, If you are only eating when you are actually eating is the best way of having healthy gains from it. Else you’re incorrect.

Absolutely wonderful thought that emotion and food goes together in the body. It gets absorbed and it will react accordingly as you have it. So I believe no wonder it was us. Our parents, our grandparents always used to sue us about eating in a convey and not talking about your eating or and also that whoever is cooking the food, he or she should not be thinking negative, being angry or prepare food with the mood in which they are not stable. @cmspeaks - would like to share one of changes made relate to my eating habits.

I never ever had bad stomach from the past 4.5 years from when I made those changes the unwanted bad dummy situation and that has made me think that some rules created by our gurus we must approach like to our life to have a wonderful life and food title it really is worth. Not everything fits in our routine. I understand everybody has their own way of living out and it's absolutely fine. But some things are worth accepting and applying to your daily routine to stay more healthy and more happy
