Pain

Have you ever experienced pain? Or have you just lived in pain? These are two very, very different things. When you live in pain, the pain does not diminish, but it hides in some deep honor of your heart or your mind. And it will show up time and again when a situation arises in your life that creates the trigger similar to your past. So instead of living in the pain, you have to experience that pain

When I talk about acknowledging when you're in pain, acknowledge the fact that the situation isn't that great and you are in pain. So it's important for you to acknowledge that acceptance is super important. Again, accepting yourself or accepting the situation that you're in that's put you up in pain. But the moment you move on from acknowledging and accepting, you need to move on to the very next part, which is super duper important. And that's l for learning

You have to put that in practice every day, in all your habits, wherever you know subconsciously that you have gone wrong. Accepting it is important. And acceptance only comes when you train your mind and body that it is okay to go wrong. It is okay to forgive others if they have wronged you and it is okay to forgive yourself. Because we are all humans. We are sent on this planet

But I don't allow myself to think that I am giving enough love and care to myself. So that the pain comes, touches me, few drops of tears and it is gone. I also don't believe in storing it. Being an NLP coach, I know where it is affected. You know there are zones in our body where if you press the pain will come out and it will cry. So I don't want to get into that kind of detailing

And in future, God forbid, let's be very practical. Pain is a part and parcel. All emotions are a part and parcel of your life. Highs and lows are a part and parcel of your life. If not, then our heartbeat would also not have ups and downs. It would have been flat. The only way your life can be flat is when you shut your eyes forever. So let's understand practically and logically that pain is always going to be a part of our life
