Have you tried the art of REPLACING..? I call my ANXIETY! Hai..hai.. 😆
So whenever I think about or whenever I'm anxious about a situation, I tell my friends, I'm feeling really haihi today because of XYZ reasons. So automatically the situation takes a step down and it's not really heavy anymore. And because we use such heavy words, it creates a big, big impact in our head that it's something that we cannot get over or something that is too big

Let's not think about what will happen when we start re placing this word and when that word becomes a common word, let's not get it. Let's stick to one step at a time that will be useful for all of us. Henna so right now, let's calm our hairs down about the future and stick to today
