It's constantly changing, and it's an extremely rewarding business. But then at the same time, there's heartache and there's tragedy. And unfortunately, you still have compassion, but you build a tolerance to seeing tragedy over and over again. We have literally been on somebody stubbing their toe to cardiac arrest and stabbings and shootings and hangings and your medical cause of difficulty breathing and abdominal pain and back pain and post surgery care, all of those different things
