But if a patient goes to a hospital and they're vitally stable, and there's no immediate life threats, and when they get to the hospital, they're there for what, an hour, maybe 2 hours after being evaluated, in my opinion, release them

Well, she'll maybe call on an ambulance three times in a week, but then it'll be another nine months to a year before she ever uses it. A couple of things, and I'm not saying you do this by any means. A couple of years ago, I ran a Map program, which is medicated assisted treatment. And I went to a conference where we had a retired EMS person and a retired cop come in and they were giving a speech
