Clients not reading important emails

Okay, here's my second as well. I am an esthetician eyebrow studio owner who just recently doubled her prices after many, many years. And I just had the first day at the new prices and it was freaking incredible. There were a few people that did come in saying they did not get the email back from October 18 team or see the follow up to emails or see any of the text messages or the social media posts about it

Yes! Frustrating!

And what it usually happened is I would communicate either higher pricing or new product rollouts and do it multiple times. And then we'd have an in person meeting where my boss would come along and then they would say, oh, I didn't know about this, he didn't tell me about this. And it made me look terrible, made me look really bad. And I'm like, come on, man. I sent this to you multiple times over the past month
