What does a leader need to do to convince you that he/she/they actually values learning ?

I'm actually super interested to hear what you think a leader can do to demonstrate, not just say the words, but demonstrate to the population of their business, the employees, but also customers, that they're willing to learn

We're going to learn from the mistakes that we make and we're going to build on the lessons that we learn so we can do whatever it is, build widgets or what have you better than we did before. I think the key is not just learning those lessons but synthesizing them so that your, the company's leaders baseline improves that they are making. As, as a former boss once said to me, we, you know, we don't want to make old mistakes

My thoughts on titled "leadership", "learning"; as in the act of awareness and admittance of fault with desicion to learn not to displeasure others.

It's an age old disclaimer of competence. And from what we can control, you can look at battlefield scenarios, perspectives of great generals or young women who have controlled the world's might, such as Joan of Arc. These are questions that persist. And from my own personal experience in consulting and working with young professional women and men of high degree, working on behalf of the world's largest firms, including bank of America, Goldman Sachs, you name it
