I also practiced breath work and meditation, and I've found both of those to be very helpful, especially right now with all the craziness of the pandemic on. So yeah, I look forward to connecting with all of you and having some interesting conversations. Cheers

Welcome!

But the breathing and meditation have just been instrumental for me this year for a variety of reasons, but especially with regards to sleep, just getting the deep breathing exercises and has just helped me so much so really excited to hear more about your thoughts on nutrition and just a healthy way of life. And I've been experimenting with a lot of things this year and would love to talk about that more. But welcome

Hey, Christine, what a great topic. Topics, plural. I'm lying here. It's a morning. I'm in Joshua Tree on a retreat for the weekend, and I have that morning kind of measles of thing going on there. So I'm going to do some breathing soon, but I really think that conversations, the more specific they are, the more they I think gain traction and are really helpful. So I look forward to the topics you choose and digging into those. Yeah
