article image placeholderUploaded by @chlomonsta
And it was just saying how 20 minutes of Sunshine a day can help decrease depression by like, I don't even remember the percentage and stuff, but I just think that holistic medicine is so interesting and the fact that I listened to one song, it was about the entire endemic that we're in with drugs and all that stuff and then also just with because we're in covet right now

It depends on what you're dealing with. But I, for one, have personal experience changing your diet or changing the environment you're in really does have an effect on your health. And I think that it's important that we don't look Western medicine as the only option. Wow. I'm like, my brain is just so foggy right now, so I keep saying and I can't talk, but I just want to hop in here and, like, talk about that

If someone were to tell me that this is only affecting a certain portion of the world that has unhealthy diet habits and unhealthy prescription Med habits, all this will make sense. But this disease is one that is universally affecting people all over the world who have different dietary patterns, who have different medical practices. And it is uniformly attacking their immune systems. So I do believe that yes, one must pay a lot of attention to natural holistic health

Chloe, it's so good to hear your convictions about this, and they come from such a strong foundation of having parents that have modeled this for you. I never underestimate the power of the nurture in this conversation, and I know that that Noah lives a life that is really embodies this as well. You've been into yoga and vegetarianism since I've known you for the past 20 years or so, maybe a little less and Suda

The Chinese medicine did that research Indigenous people that have done that research with mental health, right? Think about how many shamanic artwork created to deal with different mental illnesses. And then there's also, like the Ayurveda, which is like Holy cow. They literally documented how to address disease. There's a whole section of Ayurveda that is related to viruses and pathogens, viruses, parasites, worms, you name it. There's a whole section

@MysticScientist Thank you for your terrific insights!

This is like an herb. And people, for so many years, it was so stigmatized, and it was an awful kind of crazy drug. And now people are using it to affirm various health reasons and stuff to reduce anxiety, to reduce pains. So it's really interesting how modern medicine and holistic medicine are really meshing together. But thank you so much for your response. I really appreciate the realness of it. All right. Have a great one

Cystic scientist. I don't know about all doctors conferences, but I can speak for the few doctors that I have in my close friends and family circle. And typically the the only reason they went to conferences was that it was some sort of gift in quotes from pharmaceutical companies for being advocates for them. So they would get this gift to go to this conference. I don't know. These are people who live in India

So in closing, as I previously mentioned, I think that the best approach surely is doing some research, analyzing things and taking what you feel is the best steps. My personal opinion is that both holistic in combination with conventional medicine would probably provide you with the best outcome, especially when we're talking about COVID. Something like vitamin D is definitely going to help you. Something like garlic could potentially help you

And as Chloe mentioned, this is her mom and her dad is a neurologist, and we both really believe that we are going to be able to have a great chance of a longer life and a more comfortable life by having a plant based diet at our house. And this is kind of professor 42, where you come into this balance, you won't find anything in our house that's not plant based. My daughter, my youngest starter, who's 14, is vegan

Hi. I got cut off. Anyways, my point was that I don't think, Chloe, you're intending this to be a holistic medicine cures. Co of it talk, right. I know that you started the podcast by saying that you read that on a wall at your local coffee shop. But then you directly went into the idea of eating plant based and getting sleep and meditating and all of these very important aspects that really do enhance our lives
