How do you avoid mental burnout?

But if I just go on a little walk about my phone and really think about maybe just things that I want to think about or things about or things that will help me with the class, I feel like a lot better about myself. Yeah. So those are kind of my tips for avoiding burnout. I haven't really felt it to the full extent. I definitely feel really reluctant to, like studying just because I Unfortunately have a tendency to be a procrastinator at times

And it kind of feels like those two weeks don't really matter, even though they are the most important two weeks. So it's tough, but something that I do, I have to create a very strict schedule for myself. Literally. Like, I plan my day out minute by minute, and that allows me to know exactly what. And there's a way I'm connecting the dots altogether, and it all makes sense, and I'm able to come towards it that much stronger. So I would say if you ever feel like you do have burnout, do the opposite of the things that you are doing. And I think maybe it could be some change to be having ad
