must we have comtrol???

article image placeholderUploaded by @chitchatwithkk
So a lot of times when we want control is out of fear. We even want control on what we can eat. Sometimes when we have illnesses where we're not supposed to eat certain foods we want to eat it anyway we're not supposed to. We were told that to prolong the longevity of life that we're not supposed to eat. But what do we do? We go eat exactly what we're not supposed to eat

There are certain job situations that require someone to have absolute control and that's predicated on the amount of experience that one has, expertise level competency and other factors associated that might be involved in a given situation, in a given scenario. I'm trying to cite there's a number of examples I can cite even from a previous position and even in a current position that I'm working now, a lot of it that I'm talking about has to do with your occupation, right?

When I allow and trust and believe that something else bigger, greater, stronger than I, is helping me here, is supporting me, is guiding me, is loving me from a distance, then I'm okay. And I'll be okay no matter what. When I started to accept that no matter what happens, I'm always going to be more than okay. I'm going to win, I'm going to succeed

So in answering your question, though, that's at the head, the title here must we have Control? I don't necessarily feel I need control of every situation. There's certain things that I that I've weighed out, you know, in certain certain experiences that I've weighed out. And the whole thing is just to get to the to the outcome of it, which is favorable for everybody involved, right? That's what my outlook has always been

But I do know that sometimes people can't get their things done. So often what happens is that I may realize something later when I could have realized it sooner, because I don't like to micromanage. That's not the way I work. But I do tell people when I offer them the position that I do not micromanage. But I expect for you to get your things done on time and in a professional manner

I have to be in control of how I do my work, though. I don't like to be micromanaged. I don't like for people to tell me, no, you have to do it this way. I always tell them in my interviews, like, if you tell me what the end goal is, I'll get there. Now, I may not get there like you want me to get there, but I definitely will get there. And I'll follow the process

You have people that actually have been trained and they have a training and background and education and experience to further things along. And the micromanaging is just so needless because in some cases that I've experienced that it seems to me that micromanaging happens because that individual that's doing the micromanaging is trying to justify their position. They're trying to justify their existence. They may be even punctuating their rank to you if there's any kind of rank structure involved

You. Hey, thank you so much for coming on my swell. I can definitely relate because I was like that to overthinker, always thinking. I couldn't step into a room without thinking how I'm going to look when I walk into it. It was bad, and it was many times. I will overthink myself so much that I will get all anxious and upset, like you said, you know? And that's something that I had to work on

And if being in charge is what helps you to feel secure, then you have a real problem because there are going to be situations where you're not going to be in charge and there are situations where you're not the best person to lead something, and that's just what it is. No matter how much you may want to lead or think you can lead, you may not be the best person for the job. That's just it

Hey, thanks once again. Of course, when you're at work and you have to put your feelings to the side, you're adapting. So we often, as human beings, adapt to our environments doesn't mean that we have to stay liking the environment. But in that case, your money, your pay means more than you to fuss and cause a worser situation for most people. But some people don't care and they'll fuss anyway, and then that's when they find themselves jobless

Sometimes times we have to just go with the flow of things, but sometimes people, they grow up really not having control in their lives. And I think that it's the adverse effect, like you talked about being around people who try to control, maybe such as like in a relationship

Control

And, of course, my doctor. He didn't think that I could structure enough to overcome. But I trust what God shows me and also collaborated with my doctor and in the process became a certified fitness trainer so that I could help not just me, but many other people who did not know how to lose the weight and keep it off. So I've been through those struggles recently. I was learning the alto part and I'm a soprano. I've been a soprano for years

Thank you for commenting on my swell. It's true that even with religion, when we're talking about God and trusting God and believing, we do want control somewhat. Sometimes we want things we want it. But I always say that God doesn't give us what we want. He gives us what we need, and he gives us it at the time. He doesn't rush because we want him to rush

She actually admitted that because I mentioned to her about you have an issue. There's something about you with control I don't understand. And she said, okay, I'll admit it. I do like to control. And I said, yeah, but you like to control people. Like, you keep trying to control me. I don't understand why. And she said, Because that's how she is. At least she admitted that

Hey, Neo, this it was great that that you're sharing. I kind of chuckled a little bit when you said, yeah, baby mama, she like, control, and she like to control you. You know, people try as much they want to, but, you know, we have power. Say no, so whatever she's controlling. I was just like, nope. This is what it is. You know, people, they think they have power over people
