Teachers Are so scared to address students that they put other students at risk in order to save themselves!!

I do have a meeting tomorrow with my daughter's counselor to go over her math that she was struggling with, but she's doing better now. And I told my daughter, I said, you can tell your teacher that I will be there at 230 tomorrow to go over planning with your counselor. And if she would like to come talk to me about it, she's more than welcome to do so because I will explain to her why she's not doing it in great detail

It. Oh, listen, I'm a teacher and no, no, this should not be going on. Club or no club, they should be doing something about this girl. This is an undue amount of pressure and telling her to be ready to be jumped. What is this, the zoo? Is this planet of the apes? This is crazy. If I was you, I would go down to that school and see what's going on

Kids here in Louisville, they get bought with so much because teachers are scared of them, because the parents don't tell them nothing. They just let them roam around and do whatever they want to. And that's not fair, but that's what happens. I mean, we're not from here, and so coming here is different

Hey, what's going on, Kitha? So this is not good. This is really sad. And it's sad all around the board for everyone, even this girl, because what can possibly happen to her? Because some point people get tired. And when people get tired, a lot of times they get to a point where sometimes all rationale go out the window. The teacher, I can kind of understand

That's why I'm going to school today about her math and her teacher, because he was treating her a certain kind of way, too, putting her in a category like everybody else when she's not and refusing to help out. And since I've complained, he's been helping out. And her grade has come from an f to a c. Never met an elf in her life

You. Thank you for sharing this. I imagine this is going to be super helpful for other parents who have kids either in similar age group or probably similar situation. And yeah, this sounds deeply upsetting, deeply frustrating

And a teacher, she got a problem, she could talk to you about it because that's crazy. That's crazy. And I understand how these teachers, some of them are, they just tired of dealing with the mess because not only do they have to deal with the student, but they have to deal with the parent, too, because the parents will come up there and cuss them out and try to fight them and all that kind of stuff. And so I get it. Right
