With all that being said, I will nonetheless attempt to paint a picture of how you can improve your emotional intelligence based on what I learned in the classes that I took. So the first thing that you can do is acknowledge your emotions. Try to be a little more self aware of how you feel. This is applicable in both personal as well as professional settings. If you aren't aware of how you feel, you might not be able to effectively communicate and it can be a very difficult situation
