So I have this routine that I kind of followed to reset my state of mental well being, if you will. So I feel like that could help you out if you're going through something similar. So if you're tired or demotivated or you're generally just not feeling okay, I feel like this could maybe help you out at least a little bit. So the first thing that you could do is acknowledge your situation instead of being in a state of denial

Hello again, Miss Chipotle six nine. So listen to the whole thing. Pretty interesting stuff you got there, I must say. So a lot of these things okay, not a lot. At least a couple of these points. I'm sure that I'm not sure if I've ever applied it in my life, but I'm sure I have advised my friends to do this. And I never actually knew that this was fixed
