What not to do if you think you are mentally ill~

So similar to that, mental wellness or psychological disorders are on the same level of any other physical illness. Going to a mental health professional is what you must do. Approaching a psychiatrist would be the ideal choice, but nonetheless, going to any mental health professional is also okay. If you want me to make a swell talking about the various types of mental health professionals in the field of psychology, do let me know

(Today’s swells were p short cuz I have my psych final tomorrow which is lowkey ironic🤡) #sayitonswell #mentalwellness #psychology

@chipotle69 this is a great topic

I mean, there could be problems and I would need to talk to a professional. I would like to right now. I'm not consulting one at the moment. I just feel like my life has been pretty fast. That also impacts you in a way. But that doesn't mean you have to be completely in a very disorder that doesn't think think you are mentally ill. Just proving yourself to in your head is very bad. Mental illness is not a joke

Hey, it was really nice listening to us. Well, yes. I also agree with you that people should not selfdiagnose themselves looking up their symptoms online. As I was a psychology student in school, my teacher always used to to tell us about that while you're reading symptoms, while you're reading the disorders, there might be chances that you think that you have all those, but it's not the case
