The Chiefs Corner Episode 2: The Holidays - how are they different?
24/7 so would really love to hear from some of my fellow responders of how do the holidays feel to you? It can be a period of great depression for many folks and the message I want to get across after the topic is know that you're not alone. There is help out there if you need that

And for me, my birth family has intense traditions, always has. And my parents are split, so the holidays is like event to event to event. Kind of like you mentioned from prior in your life. And to me that sometimes it's overwhelming and sometimes it's more like quantity than it is quality. Yet nonetheless, this is only the second year that I'd spent away for a Thanksgiving and it'll be the first year that I spent away for Christmas
