What support mechanisms are in place for first responders currently, as in today, for first responders to support mental health, especially with all of the different things that you all come across and see and experience and what conversations are happening in terms of expanding and growing that for the immediate and far out future

The general simple things, I guess, like, look inside the life of what you do would be awesome, and just conversations would be great, especially if they're here on Swell. It encourages people to come here, and it just continues to grow, this incredible community. So you can invite people to you can do, like, an interview with somebody, and they don't even have to be next to you

Hey, Buck. Hi, eric here. Thanks for the invite to your swell cast. If you could do me a favor and reply back and give me some specifics on exactly what your swell cast is about I'm not real clear on that because I know you mentioned first or some others, but you were kind kind of jumped around. So I'm not real clear on what is it the discussion is about specifically. So if you could do that, I would appreciate that

Hey, Ty, thanks so much for your comments and feedback on this new venture that we're on and great to hear that you've got some family involvement in the past in the service, both military and field. First response. So that's great to hear and thanks so much for the words of encouragement. Yeah, it definitely is a niche, and I think that is one that has been overlooked a lot in the past years and kind of give an idea of the life inside

Although we all love it and we gravitate to it, it does take a toll on so many of our peers and so many of our colleagues. So again, it's a little bit open forum. There's nothing necessarily specific for it, but I'd love to hear some ideas. If based on what I just said, you have some, please feel free to share. Otherwise, have a great Thanksgiving and hope to talk to you soon. I appreciate the follow. Bye

What services are out there now? And that's the hard part, is because in the past, I don't believe first responders have paid attention to our mental health. I don't think that we understood some of the things that happen to yourself or ourselves when it comes to the mental health of our own community. So there are some great programs out there. Currently the Code Green Foundation is an outstanding program for first responders to reach out, ask for help
