I'm back, and I'm trying not to feel guilty for making use of my rights as a worker.

Holiday is very necessary to just replenish and feel a bit human again when we work so much all of the time. And yeah, I just wanted to put that message out there and let me know what you think. I know there are a lot of American people on here and that workers rights are different there in Holland seems really odd there. So you might have a completely different experience to me, and I'd be kind of curious to hear about that

I wish I could just relax and not feel guilty. So thanks for posting this thing about not feeling guilty for taking time off that you deserve. And yeah, let's try to rest in December. December resting. Thanks for the reminder

In other words, they thought that people who work late in the office may be having trouble at home and not want to go home. And that would be a matter of concern. Well, for people who were friendly towards you. Yeah. Of of of of of of of of of of my rights as a worker, others to kind of win confessions and make it possible for people to have time off work. Being guilty for not taking our holidays that I find easier to understand

I know that sounds very protopian, but yeah, I don't know if our 40 hours weeks being machine men and machine women is what we were destined to do. I'm not sure if that was. This is a pinnacle of humankind

Late to the party but it's okay to look after yourself @Charlieri

I know that if I get it done the age old, if you want to do something properly, do it yourself type of thing. And I've come to realize that that is wrong for so many reasons. First off, we should be trusting our teams as we work in teams, and if we don't then that's actually not up to us to change that's up to managers
