Generally, whenever I go somewhere out of my origin, I try to test the delicacies of that particular place so that I know about the dish and how it tastes. Since this also helps me to explore more about the feeding habitat of that area instead of trying so many dishes of various origin, I am so much into Chinese. I just love the combination of items of Chinese dishes, especially the fried rice with chilli chicken or Manchurian or maybe the season shawmin with chili chicken and all sorts of stuff
