To answer your question, what motivates me to go forward will be that tomorrow is a new day. Maybe the things I'm suffering right now seems too hectic to me, but maybe after some, also after some months it will not bother me anymore and I will be in a better place. Whenever I'm in a difficult, frustrated situation and I'm crying and I'm so depressed. I often talk to myself and I try to talk myself out of it. I try to calm myself

Don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else, okay? So be gentle and encouraging with yourself. If a negative thought enters your mind, evaluate it rationally and respond with affirmations of what is good about you. Think about things you are thankful for in your life. So always be happy with what you have. Don't try to incorporate or don't try to engage with negative things, which is really bad for our mental health. And that's why

So to keep it up to the mood when I feel low, I listen to music or spend time with my parents to share my pain or what I'm going through for me, sharing my opinion with my parents relaxes me to a great extent and then music which helps me to calm my mind. Thank you
