Change is inevitable
That particular theory states that one management principle cannot be apt to all the situations. In the similar manner, one decision or one particular analysis cannot be apt to each and every situation. As situations are changing, it's our responsibility, it's our take on analyzing the situation and then coming up with the solution, which is in the form of our response. To make this possible, it's very important that we look at change with a neutral mindset
