Prioritise yourself
Hello everyone. Good morning. And today I'm back with some interesting and exciting content for all of you. Have you ever thought, why are you not prioritizing yourself when compared with the others? Why are you always putting yourself last in the process of doing something? This happened ends with most of the people. We actually keep ourselves last in the row. We think satisfying others, helping others, catering the needs of others is our primary responsibility

They are excited about the coming day, they are full of energy, vigor, and they have something very passionate about themselves. They have something very attractive about themselves. It's all because we get so much drawn towards their inner energy and this energy makes us also feel alive. So it's very important that we take a very good care of ourselves so that we can also make people happy around us. Those who are coming in touch with us, they also get to learn something from us

Hi Gauri, I completely agree with your podcast and you actually nailed it well. And I just want to tell you one thing which can just probably sum it up very well, is that in the aircraft, whenever we are flying, there's one announcement which says that please put on your oxygen mask first before helping others. So I think that's what the life is all about
Gauri, thank you for bringing this point and particularly at this point of time when we are refreshing, restarting, renewing, reenergizing for the new year, because it happens with all of us. Because what I feel since childhood, no one tells us that we are wouldn't we should care ourselves, we should respect ourselves, we should love ourselves. No one told this, what we heard from everyone around. Respect elders, love your siblings, care for others, sharing and everything
