Is failure really a stepping stone to success?

Do you think failure is a stepping stone of success or failure is the stumbling block? Let me tell you, the reason behind me asking this particular question is most of the time we say that failure is the stepping stone to success

But what you have to do is you just have to think about your career. You just have to think about your path. Just realize that everybody's destination, everybody's focused, everybody's goal is different from yours. You just have to focus on yourself. And I do know that there may be certain setbacks
