Create a playlist of your favorite relaxing tunes and let the melodies transport you to a place of tranquility. Close your eyes, listen to the music and release any worries or tension. I tell you my secret way of releasing worries and tension is through music. I start to sway my body by listening to the music I sing along. This way, I divert my mind. Music generates positive energy. I would definitely recommend you guys to try it once. Another great way to relax is through meditation or mindfulness

It is really very helpful and it gives us mindfulness so we can be happy, we can be relaxed if we do meditation. And one more advice you have given that we should listen to music. Music also makes us feel like a wow. It takes us into different world and we feel relaxed
