We don't know how to discuss our issues because these are things that we were never taught. So if you have a father figure in your life, whether it be a biological father stepdad, or just a positive male influence in your life, be sure to take time to check and make sure that they're okay today

Hey. Welcome to swell. Yeah, I totally agree. I think my relationships to the male figures in my life have improved drastically by starting to have these open conversations and doing it with patience and with love, of course. So, yeah, I totally agree with you. And thanks for spreading that message
