How Do You Destress?

But we're back at week five, and I've just been really procrastinating because I feel like the stress about my finals are not finals. My midterms and just getting everything done on time just kind of stresses me out, obviously. And so, like today, to kind of distress, I went to yoga and then I took a nap on the couch because it's just what I needed, even though I definitely needed that time to be doing work and studying and whatnot

It just really just distracts me and I'm able to focus on something completely different for a while, which is really nice because you obviously need to concentrate and understand what you're reading and that just really helps make you forget about everything else because you're not focusing on it. And then also just going for walks
